We will be closed over the festive period: our last working day will be the 19.12.2017 and we will reopen on 04.01.2018. During this time we will be carrying out maintenance and inventory checks with a reduced staff level. Otherwise, we will mainly enjoy our well-deserved holidays. That’s why no orders will be processed between these dates. Moreover, in the last years we had a bad experience with the delivery service over Christmas.
The last shipment of orders will take place on 19.12.2017 at 12:00.
In the first week of the New Year we expect to be overloaded with work, as we will be processing all pending orders. For this exceptional circumstance we set the following rules. From the last fulfilled order number 2017, orders will be processed in the following order:
1. Orders without comments or questions, in order of payment receipt.
2. Orders after clarification of comments or questions, in order of payment receipt.*
3. Order placed from 19.12.2017.
4. Orders with changes from the last order number 2017.
*Warning: the software and office staff will always add automatically your order to this step. So please don’t write to wish us Merry Christmas or to request a delivery estimate! We will not be able to differentiate these comments.
We will strictly follow this process to provide fairness to all our customers until we are able to deal with our orders as normal.
